This replacement shoe horn is of full wood construction and will probably be much more durable. It was a fantastic shoe horn but fragile. It has an appealing look and contains a leather loop for hanging. It broke numerous time and I was in a position to make repairs but finally it broke past any capability to salvage. . This repaces a shoe horn that was constructed of wood and plastic. The portion being inserted into the shoe is a tad narrower than favored but works properly nevertheless. This is a fine product

I really like my previous shoe horn better, which was created of thin, slippery plastic, but the plastic cracked proper down the middle soon after about a year of use. The component that fits behind your ankle is a tiny thick, but it performs as advertised and is cupped nicely. This wood 1 really should final forever. Extremely solid and functions well. The heel blade is a tiny thick (always considering that it is made of wood) but general exceptional. Well made and stylish item.
